CancelAcknowledgePartyMaster

The purpose of the CancelAcknowledgePartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information CancelAcknowledgehronized that exists on separate data bases.  The CancelAcknowledgePartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established PartyMaster.
