cva:QueryBooleanExpression

An arbitrary boolean expression in the query language being used

Rule: 
A query boolean expression shall use an expression of the query binding syntax
that returns a boolean value of true or false.
The query binding syntax is implied by the
queryBinding= attribute on 
<ContextValueAssociation>.  Absent this attribute, there
is no representation that the expression is in any particular syntax.
